ADMISSION

  • Admission to school is open to all boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed and religion.
  • Admission begins in the second week of April, May every year.
  • Application form for admission obtainable from the school office is to be filled in and signed by parent/ guardian and to be submitted to the office on time.
  • The student should also be brought to the school at the time of admission.
  • Minimum age for admission to LKG, UKG, and 1st Standard is 4,5 and 6 respectively as on 1st June of the year of admission. No pupil will be admitted to 1st Standard unless pre-primary course is completed.

A NOTE TO PARENTS

“Home is the first school and parents are the first teacher”. No schools can substitute the parents and no school can be alternative for home. Parents therefore, should observe the following instructions for the benefit of their children”.
  • Parents should ensure that their children attend class neatly and in full uniform.
  • See that their children have all the necessary books and prepare their lessons and participate actively in all the events of the school.
  • Check the school diary for communications. If any information conveyed by the teacher, sign them as a proof that they have been read.
  • Sign the progress report cards, answer sheets, and similar documents and return them on time.
  • Please supervise the home assignments of the pupils for the next day.
  • A long period of absence of child due to illness must be reported to the Principal within a week.
  • Avoid sending the children late to school.
  • Parents are not allowed to meet their children or interview the teacher during school hours without the permission of Principal.
  • It is compulsory for the parents to attend the class PTA every month.
  • Parents are advised to make the use of the appointed time between 11.10 AM – 11.20 AM & 2.30 PM – 2.40 PM to meet the teachers and receive intimations with regard to their children.
  • If there are any grievances, the parents should communicate it to the Principal without delay so that the genuine grievances could be redressed.
  • If the fee payment is due, Respective class teachers will inform the parents through School diary or by SMS System.
